Dear guests, we cordially ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the building and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
Lock the doors from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances and turn off the taps.
In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner has the right to enter in the house to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about this entry at the first next contact.
Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests, so as making loud noises, is forbidden.
Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the house may be used only upon the consent of the host.
In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the house the guest is obliged to notify the host. In the case that the disappearance or damage is occurred due to the guest fault, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding value.
It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, cowers…) from the house.
Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon the arrival for registration at the Tourist office.
You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal.
It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in time between 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is untill 10:00. Your Apartment should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Once you have registered and entered the room, it is considered that you have agreed with and accepted the house rules.

Help us look after the environment:

Save water – We all know water is a scarce resource that has a direct impact on our natural environment so we try to minimize its consumption. You can help too by changing your towels and linen only when necessary, turning off the water while soaping, shampooing or brushing your teeth, or simply by using the economic (short) toilet flush when possible.

Decrease the use of chemicals – The more loads of washing we have to do, the more chemicals we have to use so please ask for a linen change only when you really need it.

Conserve energy – Please turn off all unnecessary lighting in your room whenever you can.

Tips and correct use of air conditioner – Avoid opening doors and windows during the operation. The difference of external an internal temperature should not exceed 4-5 degrees Celsius. Please, when you leave from the apartment switch off air conditioning to security reasons an due to environmental considerations.
